How to use the sheet
For an equal split, divide the shared total by the agreed number of participants. For a person-night split, divide by the sum of each participant’s nights, then multiply by each person’s nights. Neither rule automatically accounts for different room sizes; agree any adjustment first.
Worked planning example
Illustrative arithmetic: a €1,200 shared accommodation total across 20 person-nights is €60 per person-night. Someone staying three nights pays €180 under that rule. These figures are not a property quote.
