Amalfi Coast Villa Rental: A Private Sea-View Villa in Ravello

Villa Mansi is a private, cliffside sea-view villa between Ravello, Atrani and Amalfi. It is made up of three independent suites, each with its own kitchen, bedroom, living room and bathroom. You can book a single suite, or — when dates line up — reserve the entire villa for exclusive use by your family or group.

Book one suite, or the whole villa

Most guests book a single suite for a couple or a small family. If you are travelling as a larger group — a family reunion, friends on holiday together, or guests attending a Ravello wedding — you can reserve all three suites and have the whole property to yourselves. Everyone stays close together, shares the terraces and the sea view, but each party keeps its own private suite, kitchen and bathroom.

To check whether the entire villa is free for your dates, send us your dates and the number of guests on the booking page or by WhatsApp. A request is not a confirmed reservation until we confirm availability and terms.

What the villa offers

Villa Mansi is a sea-view property, not a large estate, so expect an intimate, authentic stay rather than a sprawling luxury compound. What stands out is the setting and the privacy:

  • Panoramic sea views from a cliffside position over the water.
  • Three independent suites (the Amalfi, Ravello and Positano suites), each around 50 m² with a bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
  • Self-catering: cook when you like; there is no shared breakfast room or fixed schedule.
  • A solarium and terraces for sitting out over the coast.
  • Free private parking on site — uncommon in Ravello, where the centre is a limited-traffic zone (ZTL).
  • Air conditioning (heating and cooling), Smart TVs, a washing machine, and high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi suitable for remote work.
  • A quiet location between Ravello, Atrani and Amalfi, close to the beaches.

See full layouts and photographs on the suites page, and the setting on our location and access page.

Who it suits

The villa works well for couples who want privacy and a view, for families who want their own kitchen and space, and for small groups who want to stay together without sharing one apartment. It also suits travellers who prefer a private rental over a hotel, and people coming for the Ravello Festival or a wedding in Ravello. It is less suited to anyone needing step-free access: reaching the suites involves approximately 100 steps.

Location and access

Villa Mansi sits at SS373, 57, below Ravello's hilltop centre, on the cliffside between Ravello, Atrani and Amalfi. You can drive in and park once, then use ferries, buses, taxis or walking for day trips. Reaching the suites involves about 100 steps, so pack light and tell us in advance about heavy luggage or mobility needs. Our where-to-stay guide explains how Ravello compares with the other coastal towns.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you rent the whole villa at Villa Mansi?
Yes, when all three suites are free for your dates you can reserve the entire villa for exclusive use. Each party keeps its own private suite, kitchen and bathroom while sharing the terraces and sea view. Contact us with your dates to check whole-villa availability.
Is Villa Mansi a luxury villa?
It is a private, authentic sea-view villa rather than a large luxury estate. The intimate scale is the point: what stands out is the cliffside position, the panoramic view, the privacy and the self-catering suites, not grand resort facilities.
Does the villa have parking?
Yes. Villa Mansi includes free private parking on site, which is uncommon in Ravello, where the hilltop centre is a limited-traffic zone (ZTL) with scarce, expensive public parking.
Is the villa suitable for families, groups or wedding guests?
Yes. The three independent suites can be combined so a family, a group of friends, or guests attending a Ravello wedding can stay together with the whole villa to themselves, while each party keeps its own suite and kitchen.
Are there steps to reach the villa?
Yes. Access to the suites involves approximately 100 steps, so the villa is not step-free. Pack light and tell us in advance about heavy luggage or mobility needs.
